What are the Box Office/Will Call hours and location? Our Box Office is located in the link just inside the main entrance area called the Rotunda, between the hotel & gaming floor, and is open on non-event days from 12 noon to 8 p.m. and on event days from 12 noon until the end of the event. Please arrive early if you are picking up tickets. We ask that customers present the actual credit card used to place the order as well as a government-issued photo ID. Customers without proper identification may be refused entry into the casino. Unfortunately, refunds for concert tickets will not be given as a result. We also require that anyone attending events in the Entertainment Centre and entering the casino be over 19 years of age and have a government-issued photo ID with them at all times. What are the casino hours? We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What is the Players Passport™ My Club? The Players Passport™ My Club is a way for us to reward our players. When you become a member, you will receive a My Club Card. Similar to other reward programs, when you use your My Club Card while playing your favorite slots or table games, you can earn concert tickets, complimentary meals and hotel stays, invitations to parties and much more! With slot play, you can also earn CashBack Points that can be redeemed for cash. Membership is absolutely free, and it pays to play! How do I become a member of the Players Passport™ My Club? It’s easy – simply sign up online and then bring your government-issued photo ID with you to our Player Services desk when you arrive to pick up your card. Or, sign up at the Player Services desk anytime with your government-issued photo ID. Membership is free and you begin earning rewards immediately. On the day you become a member, you’ll receive double CashBack Points on all slot play. How do I use my Players Passport™Club Card? For slot play, insert your new Players Passport™Club Card into any slot machine reader and make sure the lights surrounding the card insert turn green. For table games, please hand your card to the Table Games Supervisor at any table and they will ensure your play is recorded. How do I accumulate Club and Cashback Points? Club Points are earned for both rated slot and table games play. Slot players accumulate one Club Point for each CashBack Point accumulated. Table games players accumulate one Club Point based on the length of play, average bet and type of game. CashBack Points can only be earned with slot play and are accumulated based on the game type and denomination. How do I reach the next Players Passport™ Club level? Similar to other casino reward programs, the more you play at Casino Rama, the more benefits you receive and the closer you are to reaching a higher level. Players can achieve different card levels by accumulating the minimum points within a six-month time frame (June to December and December to June). Once you earn the minimum points required, you will be considered for the next card level. Club Points cannot be redeemed, and simply determine your Club level. How do I redeem my offers? How you redeem your offers depends on which offer(s) you choose to redeem. Hotel offers can be redeemed by calling hotel reservations to book your stay. Concert offers can be redeemed by logging into your My Club online account or by calling event reservations. Cash and special gift offers can only be redeemed in-person at the Players Passport Club desk. For all reservations, please call our toll free reservation line at 1.800.832.7529(PLAY). Rewards and offers are based on rated play on your Players Passport™ Club card. The more you play, the more you earn. Some offers are attached to your account while others, like food and cash offers, are only available if you elect to receive mail or email. How long can I accumulate Club points? Club points accumulate within a 6 month time frame (June - December & December - June). *Some restrictions apply. All offers are based on rated play and awarded at the discretion of management. CashBack Points are for promotional purposes only, have no cash value and are earned through slot play only. Casino Rama cannot guarantee the accuracy of ratings and the cardholder assumes responsibility for tracking time played. Club Points are points that each player earns based on their rated play. Club Points are used to determine your Players Passport My Club level. Club points are reset at the end of each earning period in June and December and cannot be redeemed for cash. What if I forget or don’t have a 4-digit PIN? If you forget your 4-digit PIN, or have not yet set up your 4-digit PIN, you can set or re-set your PIN by visiting any one of our Player Services Desks on your next visit to Casino Rama. Don’t forget to bring your government issued photo ID. Why did the website log me out of My Club? For your safety and security, after 30 minutes of no activity on your club account, the website will log you out of your session to prevent anyone else from gaining access to your account. Why does the email that I use to register have to be unique? For your safety and security, all email addresses used to register for your online account must be unique to you and your account information. This will ensure that only you have access to your account. If you do not have an email account, there are several free email services including gmail and outlook. The email that you choose to set up your online account will become your primary account for all Casino Rama communications such as offers and announcements.
