    Guests of our luxury, all-suite hotel are able to enjoy the following upgraded in-room amenities for a nominal daily Resort Fee of $15+HST, applied to most hotel stays:

    *Must be a Players Passport Club member to redeem; the credit is nontransferable and non-cumulative (must be used daily).

    Many of the new amenities are ones that our guests have consistently requested to enhance their stay with us. We are pleased to be able to provide all our guests with these upgrades and services for a nominal fee.

  • What is the Resort Fee?

    The Resort Feeis a daily suite charge that provides guests with the following hotel amenities:  in-room coffee makers, a $5.00 dining credit*, access to a digital newspaper app with over 300 multi-language publications, wireless internet access, unlimited local calls, two (2) bottles of spring water as well as access to the health club and pool.

    *Dining credits are available for table service outlets only (excludes Cedar Express, Tim Hortons and In-Suite Dining) and cannot be applied to the alcohol, tax or gratuity portion of a bill. Must be a Players Passport Club member to redeem; the credit is non-transferable and non-cumulative (must be used daily).

    Why did we start to charge a Resort Fee?

    There were amenities that many of our guests consistently requested to enhance their stay with us. We are pleased to now be able to provide all our guests with many of these upgrades and services for a nominal fee.

    What if a guest doesn’t use all of the things included in the Resort Fee, do they still have to pay?

    Yes. This is a standard fee, guests are welcome to use all or none of the items included but the fee remains the same.

    How can guests pay for their Resort Fee?

    Guests can pay with cash or credit. They cannot use their Fast Comp to cover the charge at this time.

    Who doesn’t get charged the Resort Fee? Does everyone get charged the Resort Fee?

    The Resort Fee will apply to almost all guests. As a Tier Level Benefit, our Diamond and Platinum Plus Players Passport™ Club members will not be charged the Resort Fee, noting these guests will not be eligible to receive the $5.00 dining credit as a result.

    Where can the $5.00 dining credit be used?

    The daily $5.00 dining credit can be used at all table service restaurants excluding Cedar Express, Tim Hortons and In Suite Dining (room service). The credit cannot be applied to the alcohol, tax or gratuity portion of a bill. If the guest is not a Players Passport Club member at the time of check in, we will provide a voucher that can be redeemed at Players Services if they choose to sign up for the program. The Player Services team will then load the $5.00 onto the card for use that day.

    What happens if guest pays cash in the outlet/restaurant?

    Guests must present a valid Players Passport™ Club card to have the $5 dining credit applied to their bill. Once the $5 dining credit has been applied, guests are welcome to settle the remainder of their bill as they wish using cash, credit, coupon, fast comp or assigning the bill to their hotel room.

    Is the dining credit transferable?

    No, the dining credit is only available to the registered hotel guest.

    When can guests use their $5.00 dining credit?

    Guests can use their dining credit as soon as they are assigned a guest room and until they have checked out.

    What is the Cannabis Policy at Casino Rama?

    Consumption of cannabis or cannabis products, whether by smoking, vaping, or other means, is not permitted on any portion of premises operated by Gateway that is generally accessible to the public, including within any designated smoking patios, shelters, parking lots or any other enclosed or open space available for public use.

    Smoking or vaping of cannabis is not permitted in any hotel room operated by Gateway. Gateway may ask a guest that has failed to comply with this Cannabis Policy to leave the premises, and may issue a temporary trespass ban if it is reasonably required in the circumstances.

    Guests who wish to consume cannabis can do so anywhere outside Gateway premises as may be legally permitted.

    If there is evidence of cannabis smoking or vaping in a hotel room, a cleaning fee of $250CDN (or such other reasonable fee as determined by Gateway in its sole discretion may be charged to the account).

    Full Gateway Cannabis Policy is available upon guest’s request.

Must be nineteen (19) years of age or older with valid government issued photo identification; those twenty-one (21) years of age or younger must also have a secondary piece of name identification. Those who have been trespassed and/or self-excluded from Casino Rama Resort or any Ontario gaming property and/or fail to meet Casino Rama Resort’s conditions of entry may not visit, participate in promotions and/or redeem offers.
