OFFICIAL RULES FOR DANCING WITH THE STARS: LIVE TICKET GIVEAWAY 2022

CONTEST SPONSOR: Casino Rama Resort, 5899 Rama Road, Rama, ON L3V 6H6

HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. From Tuesday November 29^th, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET through to Thursday December 1^st, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET, Casino Rama Resort will award One (1) winner, Two (2) premium tickets to see Dancing with the Stars: Live! on Friday, January 27, 2023.

To enter the contest, you must be a member of Facebook, and comment on the giveaway post to enter the contest.

You must allow Casino Rama Resort access to your basic contact information on Facebook in order to enter the contest.

CONTEST LIMIT:

Limit one (1) daily entry per person. You may only use one (1) Facebook account (unique Facebook ID). If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than once per account per day, or use robotic, automatic, and programmed or any entry methods not expressly authorized by these rules, it will be deemed as tampering and will invalidate your entry.

ELIGIBILITY:

To participate and to be eligible to win, you must be a resident of Ontario who is nineteen (19) years of age or older with valid photo ID. If you are twenty-one (21) years of age or younger you must also have a secondary piece of photo ID. You must meet Casino Rama Resort’s conditions of entry, not be self-excluded/trespassed from Ontario gaming facilities, and not be an officer, director or employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with, an officer, director or employee of Casino Rama Resort, Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited (“Gateway”), Casino Rama Resort Services Inc. (“CRSI”), Ontario Lottery and Gaming (“OLG”) or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) and other advertising and promotional agencies associated with the aforementioned organizations.

DISPUTE:

In the event of a dispute, the final decision will be at the sole discretion of Casino Rama Resort or Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited (“Gateway”) management.

WINNER SELECTION (SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION):

Winner selection will be a random draw on Thursday December 1^st, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET from all qualified entries using the random selection generator provided by Woobox. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of qualified entries submitted during the Contest Period.

PRIZES:

Casino Rama Resort will award One (1) winner, Two (2) premium tickets to see Dancing with the Stars: Live! on Friday, January 27, 2023.  Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Casino Rama Resort reserves the right to substitute a prize that is, in their sole discretion, a prize of equivalent value.

WINNER CONFIRMATION:

The selected entrants will be contacted directly via Facebook private message. The winners have 24 hours to contact Casino Rama Resort and satisfy any contest requirements, including correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question. If a response is not received within the prescribed time, the prize(s) may be forfeited and awarded to the alternate entrant. Selected entrants may be required to execute and return by email an Affidavit of Eligibility, General Liability Release and Consent to Publicity form within 24 hours of notification or the prize(s) may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Prize(s) must be accepted by Thursday December 1^st, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET or the prize(s) may be forfeited.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE:

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, comments and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or promotion without further compensation. Winner must sign up for a My Club Rewards card to redeem prize (free to sign up).

CONDUCT:

All entrants agree to be bound by these rules and decisions of Casino Rama Resort. Casino Rama Resort in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these Rules. Casino Rama Resort is not liable if any entrant’s account is suspended by any social media platform for violation of “Terms of Service” or “Principles”. Such suspended entrant will also be deemed to be automatically disqualified from any Casino Rama Resort sponsored promotion.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Casino Rama Resort is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, irregular, or misdirected entries, emails or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or human errors that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, or more prizes are awarded than planned, including due to a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Casino Rama Resort may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the applicable contest. Entrants further agree to release Casino Rama Resort, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Gateway, CRSI, OLG and AGCO from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contests or the awarding or use of any prize. Casino Rama Resort reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.

This concert in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. All entrants are providing information directly to the Contest Sponsors and agree to release Facebook from any and all liability arising in connection with the contest.

GENERAL:
