VIP Coach Experience invited guests and those who qualify to ride with Resort Reward points will be charged an $8 fee to their account at the time of booking. An additional guest is permitted to ride with you at the same $8 fee deduction from your account. 24hrs advance notice of trip cancellation is required for a Resorts Rewards points refund. Reservations are not transferrable to other patrons. Guests who pay $20 for a return trip will pay cash to the coach driver at boarding time. Seats will be available to guests paying cash on a first come-first-serve bases. You must be 19 years of age or older to board the coach and enter the casino. Valid government-issued identification, and a My Club Rewards membership is required – membership is free! Individuals who have voluntarily excluded themselves from Ontario gaming sites and who have not been reinstated are not permitted to enter the casino. Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and/or Casino Rama Resort reserves the right to cancel this service without notice or reason at any time.
